My Philosophy.

Throughout my exploration of various developmental theories over the course of my graduate program, I remained committed to a holistic perspective on child development.

My philosophy of child development places an emphasis on the nourishment of the child as a whole, the biological roots of behavior, the significance of interpersonal relationships and support,  and the impact of various social and cultural contexts on development.

By prioritizing the creation of nurturing environments that foster children's holistic growth and well-being - and acknowledging the diversity that exists within different communities - our world can become better equipped to serve the needs of every child.
