Professional Goals

1. Obtain teaching certification through Texas Teachers of Tomorrow

2. Author and publish two books: one focusing on pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum journey, and another on raising the young child

3. Explore mentorship opportunities targeting children from underprivileged, urban backgrounds and/or foster populations

4. Establish my own holistic, Montessori-inspired childcare center in the local community

Academic Goals​

1. Pursue additional certifications and courses related to Montessori education, child guidance, maternity, and curriculum development to deepen my expertise within my field

2. Acquire proficiency in American Sign Language and Spanish, thereby fostering better connections with diverse populations in the local community - including infants!

Research Goals

1. Conduct in-depth research to gain insight on the most effective prepartum, pregnancy, and postpartum care practices

2. Explore holistic Nordic and European childcare practices and environments, juxtaposing them against traditional American strategies for childrearing

3. Continue expanding my knowledge on cultivating enriching environments for children in both educational and childcare settings
